VIRGINIA BACK ON THE ROAD, SNAKES TAKE A BITE OUT OF RENEGADES

The Virginia Cavaliers are back on the road tonight when the travel Miami to play the Hurricanes in the final game ever for the Canes at the Orange Bowl. The Canes will move to wear the Dolphins play next year and they will tear down the Orange Bowl next year. The Cavs need a win to keep pace with Virginia Tech at the top of the Coastal Division standings. Speaking of Virginia Tech they also have a big game this afternoon when the Florida State Seminoles visit Blacksburg to play the Hokies. Also today fellow blogger Scott will be at the Wake Forest at Clemson game and he will be rooting for the Deacs, the Georgia Bulldogs are also at home today when the Auburn Tigers come to town in a key SEC showdown. The other college games of interest are posted to the right. In high school action last night CH fell to Matoaca 49-7 and if you haven't heard it was CH Coach John Thomas final game as the Colonials coach as he retired after last night game after 28 years at the helm for the Colonials. In other action in the battle for the CD championship Meadowbrook beat Dinwiddie 41-0 and Thomas Dale beat Hopewell 34-7. At the RC last night the Columbus Cottonmouth took a bite of the Renegades 4-3, it was a pretty entertaining game with the exception of the final score. The Gades will meet Columbus again tonight at the RC. Carl Edwards will be on the pole for this weeks Nascar race Phoenix, Jeff Gordon qualified 3rd & Jimmy Johnson will start 6th. Well I have to go help dad get the Christmas decorations out of the attic. MICKEY

Fitness Tip
If exercise and a healthy diet haven’t trimmed your abdominal fat, add stress reduction to your daily routine. Studies have shown that high levels of cortisol – a stress hormone - contribute to fat on your midsection. To decrease the stress hormone, practice stress reduction techniques, get plenty of sleep and avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.

Well. I'm reporting that the den is loaded with the downstairs tree and all the stuff that goes with it. Boy I have a lot of stuff. I'm glad I have somewhere to do tomorrow so I can stay out of Bobby's way.
