The Richmond Renegades picked up there 1st win of the season last night 4-1 over the Twin City Cyclones. The Gades controlled the play most of the night but entered the third period tied 1 before scoring three unanswered goal in picking up the victory. Tonight the Gades will travel to Fayetteville to play the Fire Antz. The CH Colonials fell to Petersburg last night 49-12, the Colonials will finish out there season next Friday night home against Matoaca. The Crawford County Eagle fell 16-6 in there season finale last night, all the other scores of interest are posted to the right. I am heading to UVA today to see the Cavs play Wake Forest, the Cavs need to win keep pace with the Hokies. Also today East Carolina will be at Memphis in a key CUSA match up and Georgia will be at home against Troy University not the men of Troy. Martin Truex Jr captured the pole for this weeks Nextel Cup race at the Texas Motor Speedway, Jeff Gordon will start on th outside pole. My AIP is very high today because I have a very sore right hamstring. MICKEY

I'm a great believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it.

You have what it takes
You have what it takes to be a leader. You have what it takes to be a winner. You have what it takes to be successful. The question is, will you use it? Will you fulfill the enormous potential that is your life, or will you just sit back and watch others doing it?

Will you be the unique, creative, productive person you were meant to be? You already have what it takes. You have the desire. Look deeply enough and you'll find plenty of it. The resources you need are there. Work diligently enough and they will be available to you in abundance. You have the time -- the same 24 hours in each day as everyone else.

You have knowledge, and the ability to learn. You have skills, and the ability to adapt. Yes, you have what it takes, right now, right here, today. If you're looking for opportunity, stop looking. You are the opportunity. You can truly make a difference in your own special way. You have what it takes. Make it count.
