PACKERS WIN AGAIN, REDSKINS FALL TO THE COWBOYS

The Green Bay Packers picked up another win yesterday beating the Carolina Panthers 31-17, with the win the Packers improve to 9-1 in the NFC and tied with Dallas for the best record in the NFC. I thought the Packers played well at times yesterday but didn't have one of there best games, the Packers will travel to Detroit Thanksgiving Day to play the Lions. The Redskins had an opportunity to win the game against the Cowboys but fell to the Cowboys 28-23, for some reason the defense didn't think they needed to cover Terrell Owens who caught 4 TD passes. Matt Kenseth won yesterdays race at Homestead and Jimmy Johnson captured his 2nd straight Nextel Cup Championship. One good thing about this week is that it is Thanksgiving week which means is will be a short work week. MICKEY

The future is here. It's just not widely distributed yet.

Fitness Tip
If you want a natural remedy that really works, try exercise. In a consumer survey of more than 46,000 people, exercise scored better than other remedies for allergies, depression, high cholesterol, insomnia and respiratory infections. Participants also favored exercise over many alternative therapies such as massage, diet, herbs and acupuncture.

Today has a reason
Today is as it should be. Today is the result of reasonable, visible and even predictable influences. Though many of today's circumstances may seem unfair, unjust or cruelly random, to throw up your hands and curse them as such will only blind you to the positive possibilities.

Instead, accept that there's a reason for today. Look thoughtfully at how you arrived at this point. Those same influences which combined to make this day what it is can be harnessed to bring you to wherever you wish to go.

Today has a reason, and today has a purpose. Today has a cause and today has an effect. Today you can plainly see what has already happened and you can directly affect what is to be.

Today is not just another day. It is clearly special, is yours for a reason and for a purpose. Put everything you have today into advancing and fulfilling those positive possibilities which are uniquely embodied in this irreplaceable moment.
