I AM HURTING THIS MORNING, REDSKINS TURNOVER GAME

My left foot is hurting pretty bad this morning, I really don't know what I did to it but it hurts. I iced it down yesterday for a while and it felt better but after sleeping on it is hurting again. I am hoping that it will loosen up a bit once I walk on it some but I don't think its going to. The Washington Redskins turned yesterdays game over Tampa Bay committing 5 turnovers in there 19-13 lost to the Buccaneers, the Skins still had a chance to but a late INT ended the Skins hopes, things are not looking good for the Skins playoff hopes. Speaking of footfall the annual CHHS powderpuff football game is scheduled for this afternoon however they are calling for rain, the last report I got was the Senior girls team was a slight favorite. I hope everybody has at least started there Christmas shopping since Christmas less than a month away. MICKEY

Health and Diet Tip
The absorption of vitamin supplements depends on “bioavailability,” or ultimately how well your body can use these nutrients. Save time, money, and effort by remembering that heat, oxygen, and light all affect supplement potency. If you take them, store supplements in a cool, dry place, in opaque containers that minimize exposure to light.

Make it so
You know what it is you wish to accomplish. Today is the time to make it so. The moment you hold in your hands right now is the link between intention and reality. This day is the arena in which life can be lived and dreams fulfilled.

How long have you wished, how intently have you imagined what the world could be? Here is your opportunity to make it so. The past has already faded into memory. It cannot stop you nor can it push you. This moment right now is yours to live, free of any that have come before.

You have more knowledge, more experience, and more wisdom today than you've ever had before. Make use of it all. Make it count. Make it happen. Make it so.
