NEW AC IS UP AND RUNNING

Well out new AC here at the house in Colonial Heights is now up and running. They finished putting the AC yesterday afternoon about 3pm and it quickly cooled the house off. My ear is now about 96% cleared up now and I think over the next few day it will reach 100%, hopefully this will be the last of my ear problems this year. My arm is quite sore this morning after throwing batting practice last night so my PAIN index remains elevated. I am helping coach a 14 year old team this weekend in a tournament at Hampton this weekend, more on this in tomorrows entry to the blog. The Nascar Nextel Cup Series will be back at Pocono this weekend, it won't be long now before the chase field is set. Also on Sunday the Redskins will face the Colts in pre-season NFL action in this Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio. HAVE A NICE WEEKEND. MICKEY
