FELLOW BLOGGER TAKEN TO EMERGENCY ROOM

I was talking to fellow blogger Scott last night and he told me had to go to the emergency room earlier this week. Apparently while he was out working in the yard a moth flew in his ear and didn't come out and I can tell you when things that are not suppose to be in your ear are in there it can be very painful. The were able to flush the moth out at the ER and gave him some antibiotics just in case it become infected. Also Scott is now working all daylights. The CBC Americans won this years BIB tournament with a 10-0 win over Varina last night at Shepherd Stadium, next up for the stadium is the American Legion Mid-Atlantic Regional witch begins on Thursday morning. Marcos Ambrose picked up his 1st career win on the Nationwide Series yesterday Watkins Glen, he will also race in today Sprint Cup race as well. I watched the Redskins pre-season game last night Bills and I thought they looked ok, the starters only played a quarter so it's hard to judge how good they really are. The Packers open there pre-season schedule tomorrow on ESPN against Cincinnati. MICKEY

* Guard against hearing loss by wearing ear protection when exposed to loud noise.
* Take safety precautions whenever you can: wear a seatbelt, practice safe sex, and wear protective gear when playing sports.
