Colonial Heights Post 284 pulled out wild one last night coming from behind to defeat Newark, De 12-11 in 11 innings. CH Post 284 entered the 9th inning trailing 9-6 but were able to push 3 runs across to tie the game and send it to extra innings. In the top of the 11th CH pushed across 3 runs capped off by 2un HR J.D. McCarty, J.D. went 5 for 7 in the game with 5 RBI's. Newark would not go quietly in the bottom of the 11th scoring 2 runs of there own but Post 284 held on for a 12-11. Post 284 will now play Boyertown tonight in the final game of the day, Boyertown has a 42 game winning streak. Also yesterday South Richmond beat Morgantown 9-8, South Richmond will face Edison, NJ today. Me and dad decided not to go to the game because it didn't start until after 9pm and didn't end until around 1am this morning, however I would have like to see the comeback, maybe I will go to tonights game. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at Michigan again this weekend, I might go out on a limb and predict another Kyle Busch win. Brady appeared to be getting around much better last night but he does still have a little hitch in his step, but it did look like he was feeling much better. Also tonight the Colonial Heights Colonials will have there 1st football scrimmage of the year on the road at Amelia, the Colonials will open up there season two weeks from tonight at home.
