RENEGADES OPEN THERE SEASON UP TONIGHT, COLONIALS ON THE ROAD

The Richmond Renegades will open up there season tonight against the Twin City Cyclones who are from Winston Salem, North Carolina at the Richmond Coliseum, the Gades will also be at home on Saturday night as well when Fayetteville comes to town. The Colonial Heights Colonials will be on the road tonight at Meadowbrook and from what I understand it will be Meadowbrook's homecoming. The Crawford County Eagles will be at home tonight against the Callaway Cavaliers, I have posted the other games of interest below. The Tampa Bay Rays evened up the World Series at 1 game a piece last night with a 4-2 win over the Phillies, game 3 will be on Saturday. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, if Jimmie Johnson has another good run he could just about wrap up this years championship. Don't forget to check out the blog tomorrow because we have another fellow blogger with a birthday. My PAIN index has gone down again this morning just because it is Friday. MICKEY

Saving Energy When Using Your Oven
Any time you open your oven the temperature drops 25 to 30 degrees (Fahrenheit). If you want to peek at the dish you are baking, use the window on the door and oven light instead. When you are done baking, leave the door open to allow the excess heat to warm your home.

Energy cycle. Every person has a daily energy cycle. For most, energy is low after waking up in the morning, peaks in late morning to early afternoon, drops in late afternoon, rises again in the early evening and is lowest just before bedtime. Experts suggest you plan around your body's energy cycle. Take on exercise or more difficult tasks during high energy times while resting when your energy is low.

AN AMAZING FACT
The average person drinks about 16, 000 gallons of water in a lifetime.
