HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEITH, GADES WIN, UVA GOES FOR 4TH STRAIGHT WIN

Well today is fellow blogger Keith Goulder's 48 birthday, Happy Birthday Keith. I found a pretty recent photo of Keith at the beach this summer to post for his birthday photo, I several other bloggers who wanted me to post a bad photo of him but that would have been against my better judgment. The Richmond Renegades opened the season last night with 6-4 win over the Twin City Cyclones, I have posted a fight below that fellow blogger Lee took with his phone and posted on youtube of last nights action, as you can tell by the video it was one punch knockdown. The Gades will be back at home tonight against Fayetteville. The Virginia Cavaliers will go for there 4th straight win this afternoon at Georgia Tech, the Yellow Jackets are favored by 13 points and it will be a tough task for the Virginia defense to stop the triple option which Georgia Tech runs. In high school football action last night Colonial Heights lost to Meadowbrook 28-0, Crawford County lost to Callaway 32-26 and First Flight fell to Bertie 33-27. Rain washed out qualifying again for this weeks race in Atlanta so Jimmie Johnson will start from the pol again today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY KEITH. MICKEY

Empowering passion
Is there something you desperately need? Your sense of desperation and your need will work against you, and will make it even more difficult to attain what you're after.

By very definition, whatever you need you do not have. When you continually reinforce the idea that you do not have something, you continually push that thing away from yourself.

Replace your desperate need with a passionate desire. That will frame your situation in a much more positive, powerful perspective.

With desperation, you feel like giving up. With passion, on the other hand, you create the energy to move decisively forward.

With need, you feel an emptiness that drains your every moment. With desire, you constantly motivate yourself to create fulfillment.

Let go of your needs, for they will only keep you needy. Replace them with positive desires, and feel the empowering passion that will make those desires happen.
