The Virginia Cavaliers didn't lead the entire but tied North Carolina up in the final minute of the game at 10 and went on to win the game in OT 16-13. UNC up 10-3 went into prevent defense on UVA's final drive of the game and the only thing that did was prevent UNC from winning. The Cavaliers will now try extend there winning streak to 4 next week when the travel down to Atlanta to face Georgia Tech. It was a very wild day in the ACC yesterday with all 3 of the ACC's ranked teams falling. I went to the East Carolina game yesterday and the Pirates picked up a much needed 30-10 win over Memphis, the Tigers lost the 1st and 2nd string QB's to injuries in the 1st half and the Pirates never looked back. It did rain just about the entire 2nd half of the game. In the NFL today the Packers will be home against the Colts and the Redskins will also be at home against the Browns, both games start at 4:15pm. In the AL playoffs last night the Red Sox beat the Rays 4-2 to force game 7 tonight and I have to say I don't like the Ray's chances. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at Martinsville today for pivotal race in the batlle for the championship. The Gades beat Fayetteville last night in a SPHL preseason game, they will finish up the preseason against Knoxville today a 5pm. The Gades open up the regular season at home Friday night. Well I will be heading down to the beach later this morning to pick up the Lincoln and bring it back home later today, my PAIN index will probably be up in the morning because I am going to be tired.
