PHILLIES PUNCH THERE TICKET TO THE WORLD SERIES

The Philadelphia Phillies punched there thicket to the World Series las night with a 5-1 win over the Dodgers. The Phillies will now have to wait to see who wins the AL Series which could come to an end tonight with a Rays win, the Rays lead the Red Sox 3 games to 1. Where in the world had everybody been this week, the blog really has been dead the last few days. My PAIN index has gone up a little bit this morning because the right side of my body is pretty sore from throwing batting practice on Tuesday, it takes while for me to get back in my groove of throwing 4 to 5 days a week. I played Andrew again yesterday in hockey on the Wii and he beat me again, this time 3-2 in a shootout, I think he was letting me hang around because it looked like to me he could score at will when he wanted to. I have been falling behind on my Christmas shopping because I just don't know what to get certain individuals, at this point the may just get a box of chocolate because I am starting to get frustrated. Turn Off Water When Brushing Teeth
Don't leave the water on while you are brushing your teeth. Turn it off after rinsing your toothbrush and wait to turn it on again when you need to rinse the sink and brush when you are done.

Buy old models of your favorite running shoes.
Like car dealerships, running stores try to clear out last year's models of running shoes when the new models come in. The old models are usually almost the same shoe, but at a much cheaper price. Some runners stock up on old models when they go on sale. You can also search the Internet for older models of your favorite running shoes.
