RED WINGS WIN THE STANLEY CUP, THE HEAT IS ON

Well the Detroit Red Wings beat the Pittsburgh Penguins last night 3-2 to win the Stanley Cup, the Wings had built a 3-1 lead in the game before the Penguins mad one last charge to try to the tie the game but came up short. The Penguins are a very young team to so I think there chances are pretty good that they will get anothershot at the Stanley Cup over the next few years. Andrew's baseball team will be back in action tonight at Ironbridge Park at 6pm, they lost by 1 run the other day so tonight is a must win situation for his team. There is a heat advisory in effect for Colonial Heights this afternoon with a high of 96 expected but with the humidity factored in it's going to feel like it is between 105 and 110, and looking at the extended forecast threw Monday there could be a heat advisory each day and just think summer doesn't officially start until June 22. Speaking of some bad weather we got some last night when we got a hail storm for about 5 minutes, just looking out the window it looked like the hail was about the size of a marble if not a little bigger. It was hitting the aluminum pretty good and sounded like somebody has putting shingle on the roof, in Chesterfield they said there was some cars damaged by the hail.
