The Georgia Bulldogs scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th inning last night to pull out a 7-6 win against Fresno State in game 1 of the best of 3 series at CWS. The Bulldogs trailed most of the game but they were able to get ahead when it counted, game 2 of the series is tonight. We had a tough night in Appomattox League action last night at Matoaca falling 9-0 in game 1 and 5-2 in game 2, we simply made to many mistakes to win either game and we haven't been hitting the ball well at all. We have to play Deep Run on Wednesday which isn't a good thing they have only lost 1 game in the league. It look like the heat is about to return to CH, today it is suppose to be around 90 but the temps will be steadily rising every day this week and by Friday it should be in the upper 90's. I posted a photo yesterday afternoon in the entry below of a watespout in Kitty Hawk when a line of t-storms passed through the OBX yesterday afternoon in case anybody wants to see it. MICKEY
