SCOTT IS BACK ONLINE, INSULATION GOES UP

Well I am happy to report that Scott is back online from the lightning strike at the house, he did have to replace several things at the house that were fried though. Also today in Georgia the Crawford County JV football team will be in action for the 1st time this year, I think Scott said the were playing the Mary Poppins school. Well Dale JR will be driving the #88 Chevy next year with sponsorship from Mountain Dew and the Amp energy drink which both are Pepsi products. He will also be sponsored by the National Guard in several races, I have posted a couple images of the cars. The construction crew came by yesterday and put the insulation up in the new room, I don't know what they are going to do today. The Colonials will be at home Friday night against the Armstrong Wildcats. MICKEY

Life will always be to a large extent what we ourselves make it.

Risk Factors for Gallstones
Gallstones are formed when bile inside the gallbladder hardens into rock-like pieces. They may or may not be painful, and may have to be removed or broken apart if they're causing problems such as infection.

Here are common risk factors for gallstones, courtesy of the U.S. National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse:

* Retaining excess estrogen, from pregnancy, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy.
* Having a family history of gallstones.
* Being overweight or obese.
* Undergoing excessive, rapid weight loss, which can be characteristic of fad dieting.
* Eating a diet low in fiber and high in cholesterol and fat.
* Having diabetes.
