LEFT FOOT REALLY HURTING

I had thought about going to the beach tonight but the way my left foot hurts I don't know if I will be able to go now. The pain in my left foot woke me up about 2am and I could hardly put any weight on it at all, I took some Advil and the pain went away for a while but it's back now. It was sore yesterday morning but it is right this morning, it isn't swollen at all but it hurts bad. Yesterday it started to feel better once I started moving around some but it didn't hurt as bad as it did this morning. The heatwave here in Colonial Heights looks like it will continue at least for the next 5 days with highs in the mid to upper 90's, I am starting to wish it was Fall already. The Nextel Cup series will be racing at Pocono this weekend while the Busch series will be racing in Montreal, Canada on road course. I talked to Scott last night and he said he has had some computer problems, he had some viruses that him down for a while, I told him I know the feeling. He also said he has been working allot of extra since getting back from vacation. He did say the boys have started football practice and that they are very sore and tired, they have there 1st day of school today in Crawford County. Well I am going to hobble of to work. MICKEY
