VIRGINIA TO FACE LSU IN CWS, PENGUINS WIN STANLEY CUP

The Virginia baseball team will face LSU tonight at 7pm in the College Baseball World Series, the game can be seen on ESPN. The Cavs will go with there freshman left hander Danny Hultzen who is 9-1 this year with a 2.09 ERA and I have a feeling that it's going be another close game with good guys winning. The Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley Cup last night with a 2-1 win over the Red Wings, the win by the Penguins was the only win of the series by visiting team, maybe next year the Rangers can win the Stanley Cup. Well I went to the CHHS graduation last night and I have to say it wasn't quite as hot as I thought it was going to be and towards the end of the ceremony a there was a nice cool breeze. I think it will be a few years before I have to attend another high school graduation. Brian Vickers capture the pole for this weeks race at Michigan, Kyle Busch will join him on the front row while Dale Jr. will start 30th. Well I did make my weekly trip down to the Wal-Mart this morning and I have to say that the donut selection wasn't very good this morning and they weren't the best ones that I have bought there, if the incontestably continues I am going to have to switch back to Hostess. Blueberries
While all berries provide a number of health-related benefits, blueberries in particular are a memory-boosting powerhouse. They are considered a memory food because they contain a phytochemical that is especially important in reversing the age-related decline of memory, while having a positive influence on spatial working memory.

In addition to this, blueberries rank low on the glycemic index scale, making them a good fruit choice if you are trying to control your blood sugar level.

That Low Fat label is not a license to eat all you want. Many low fat products are loaded with extra sugar to make up for the missing fat. This means they can be just as high in calories as their full fat counterparts. Keep portion sizes in perspective even when there is no fat involved.
