ANDREW'S TEAM WINS A WILD WON, STANLEY CUP GAME 7

Andrew's Little League team won a wold won last night 10-9 in 5 innings. Andrew's team trailed 9-3 entering the bottom of the 9th inning before scoring 7 runs to win the game 10-9, it didn't look like they had a chance to win the game before the bottom of the inning started but they found a way to win. The will play again tonight at 6pm and they win that game they will play again at 8pm. They will play game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals tonight in Detroit, I think it will be a close game but I thinks the Red Wings will find away to win. Don't forget that Colonial Heights High School will have it's commencement exercises tomorrow night at 8pm, there is a 30% chance of rain tomorrow night and it's going to be a bit on the muggy side as well. Health Tip: Taking Care of a Tick Bite
To remove a wood tick, use a pair of tweezers, pull straight up, and pull the tick out. You can use a needle, some thread, or your fingers if you don't have tweezers.

To remove a deer tick, use your fingernail or the edge of a credit card to scrape the tick from the skin.

Make sure the tick's head is removed. Wash the skin with rubbing alcohol and uncover the tick's head with a sterile needle. Then use the needle to remove the head.

Thoroughly wash the area with soap and water, then apply an antibiotic ointment.
Call the doctor if you can't get the tick out, a fever or rash develop, or you notice signs of infection including significant redness or yellow drainage.

Exercise for More Energy
If energy is a problem for you, it may be hard to contemplate exercising at all but, remember Newton's law of motion - an object at rest stays at rest, while an object in motion tends to stay in motion. You didn't know there would be a science lesson, did you?

The point is, if you can take that first step, it'll be easier to take the second step and even easier to take the third step. Before you know it, you're actually exercising and, even better, your fatigue starts to fade away. Some tips:

Put on your workout clothes - When you're tired, even the thought of changing clothes can keep you on the couch. Put on your workout clothes as soon as you get up or when you get home to get rid of the barrier right away.

Make it easier to get going - Make a rule that you can't turn on the TV or sit down at the computer until you take a walk or do something active.

Make it fun - If you're trying to create more energy, the last thing you want is a workout you hate. Choose an activity you enjoy, put on your favorite music and ease into it.

Enlist some help - A dog that needs to be walked or a child who needs to burn off some energy are great motivators.

It was ugly. But, an ugly win is better than a pretty loss.
