VIRGINIA FALLS TO LSU, CAVS LEAVE 13 RUNNERS ON BASE

The Virginia Cavalier baseball team fell to LSU last night 9-5 in the there 1st game of the College Baseball World Series. The Virginia offense left 13 runners on base in the game and LSU offense didn't have any trouble getting big hits off the Virginia pitchers. LSU was simple the better team last night, the Cavs now have there backs against the wall if they wan't to advance in the CWS. The Cavs will face Cal State Fullerton tomorrow in an elimination game, Arkansas upset Fullerton yesterday 10-6. Today in the CWS North Carolina will face Arizona State and Texas will face Southern Miss. It appears that Dale Jr's team may have found something yesterday afternoon, Jr. was 2nd fastest in the final practice only behind his teammate Mark Martin, I, guess will have to see how he runs when the green flag falls. It won't be to long before I will be vacation and several bloggers will be joining me as well. MICKEY

Lean Beef
Including moderate portions of lean beef in your diet is beneficial in enhancing your memory because of its iron content. While most men get enough iron in their diet, those who are on a strict diet and are sticking mostly to chicken, egg whites and fish as sources of protein may be running a bit low.

Iron deficiency can have a big impact on brain function and impair learning abilities, eventually putting you at an increased risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease. So, be sure you aren’t cutting out good sources of iron from your diet — even if you’re striving for maximum fat loss.

Rise above
When you are not satisfied with the available answers, ask the question in a different way. When none of the options will do, look at the situation from a new perspective.

If you are stuck, then it's time to get creative. Know that there are myriad possibilities you have never even considered yet.

You cannot solve a problem when your mind is wrapped tightly around it. For the more effort you make, the more power you give to the problem.

Dwelling on the problem will not get you past it. Focus instead on your purpose.

Let go of your thoughts about what you must go through. Fill your awareness with compelling visions of why you have chosen to go where you seek to go.

Unleash your imagination and tap into the positive power of intention. Rise above where you are and see your way clearly to where you know you must be.
