SEATTLE AT GREEN BAY, RENEGADES BACK IN ACTION TONIGHT

The Seattle Seahawks will visit Green Bay in the 1st NFL playoff game of the day at 4:30pm with the winner advancing to the NFC championship game. It still looks like there will be a slight chance of snow and temps around freezing at game time which is like spring like day in Green Bay in January. I hope all you fellow bloggers will be rooting for the Packers. In todays other game the Jacksonville Jaguars will visit New England to play the Patriots, I know there are allot of people out there who hope Jacksonville can pull a major upset and I am one of those people. The Richmond Renegades look to extend there winning streak to four games tonight when the 1st place Knoxville Ice Bears visit the RC, the Gades have been playing well offensively in there last few games. The CH boys basketball team didn't fair to well against Meadowbrook last night as well, the boys team fell 80-38, it's safe to say Meadowbrook has the Colonials number in basketball this year. I have posted a link to the photos Al took at Thursday nights girls game below if anybody wants to see them. My foot is a bit sore this morning, it felt pretty good there for a couple of days but it started bothering me some last night, I have taken some Advil and drank some cherry juice this morning and I am hoping that will make it feel a bit better. Football is like life -- it requires perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication and respect for authority.

Raise up all of life
Do you wish to invest your life in anger, or would you prefer to invest it in love? Would you like to spend your time and energy creating enemies, or would you rather be building and strengthening friendships?

Do you really need all those flashy, useless things that serve only to somehow make you feel superior to others? Is there really anything to be gained by being haughty and rude?

Every moment of life can be a unique, wondrous and deeply inspiring experience. Why would you ever consider wasting even a tiny bit of your precious time on petty bickering or one-upmanship?

Let go of the silly need to prove anything and you'll free yourself to accomplish so very much. The only way to raise yourself up is to raise up others, to raise up your world, to raise up all of life.

Joy comes to you when you give it. Happiness is yours when you live it.

Everything you need, you are already capable of being. Smile from the heart and fulfill the destiny that is yours in this beautiful moment.
