RENEGADES GO AFTER 5TH STRAIGHT WIN, UVA BACK IN ACTION

The Richmond Renegades will be going for there 5th straight win tonight at the RC against the Twin City Cyclones, after tonights game the Renegades will be on the road for there next four games before returning home Jan 30. The Virginia Cavaliers will be back in action at the JPJ Arena against Virginia Tech, the Cavs will be trying to improve on there last effort when the were blown out at Duke. The CH boys basketball team fell to Petersburg last night 70-30, I could not find a score form the CH girls game because Petersburg doesn't call there games into the paper. They are calling for a wintry mix here in CH later tonight and Thursday morning before it all changes to rain later Thursday, however it is going to be pretty cold all the way through Sunday. Where in the world has Mark been, he hasn't been making any comments at all lately on the blog. I heard on the news this morning that arguing may be good for the brain, maybe I should take up arguing a little bit more. MICKEY

1996 - Jimmy Buffett’s sea plane Hemisphere Dancer was shot at by Jamaican police who mistook him for a drug smuggler. U2’s Bono was in the plane with Buffett at the time. Jimmy wrote a song about the incident, Jamaica Mistaica, that appears on the album Banana Wind.

Fitness Tip
Keep a training log. Writing down everything will help you follow the details of your program and give you a quick reference of routines to alternate. Plus you can admire your progress and pat yourself on the back (but stretch first before you try it).
