LSU WINS BCS CHAMPIONSHIP

The LSU Tigers beat the Ohio State Buckeyes last night 38-24 in New Orleans, with the win it marks the 2nd year in a row that a SEC won the BCS title, can Georgia make three next year for the SEC. It also marks the 2nd year in a row that Ohio State has lost in the BCS championship game. The CH boys basketball team lost a heart breaker last night at Atlee 59-58, tonight the CH boys team will be at home against Thom Dale and the girls team will be at Thomas Dale. It looks like the temp will make it to about 75 today here in the Heights and then back in the 50's most of the rest of the week. Can you believe Nascar is already testing at Daytona for this years season, it seems just like yesterday that the season ended. My foot is about the same but my arms are not hurting as bad so my AIP has fallen a little bit. MICKEY

Health and Diet Tip
Tell your doctor if you’re taking any herbal or dietary supplements. “Natural” products can interfere with prescription medications. For example, vitamin E may enhance the effects of blood thinners. No agency, private or governmental, regulates or inspects dietary supplements for safety or purity. Let the buyer beware.

Add kindness
Whatever can be done, can be done more effectively when you add kindness to it. Whatever is said, becomes much more convincing when expressed with genuine kindness.

The kindness in just one moment can have a positive impact that lasts for years and years. Kindness is a gift that keeps giving for a lifetime.

Kindness is not complicated, and it comes naturally when you open your heart to life. Kindness brings new light and hope to the darkest of days.

Act with kindness, and you will have no regrets. Kindness is an easy, modest investment that pays generous dividends in the sense of fulfillment it brings.

Kindness dissolves the pain and speeds the healing. When logic and reason say there is no hope, kindness can pave the way forward.

This day will be brighter when you add kindness to it. Choose kindness, and you're truly choosing to live in a better world.
