The Redskins fell to the Giants last night 16-7, the Skins offense really struggled all night and the offensive line didn't play well at all. The defense with the exception of the 1st drive of the game played very well. The Skins will not win many games this year if they can only score 7 points a game. All of the CD football teams played this weeks games last night with the exception of the Colonials who have the week off. Dinwiddie, Meadowbrook & Petersburg all won while Thomas Dale, Prince George, Matoaca and Hopewell lost. In high school action tonight the Crawford County Eagles will face the Westover Patriots at home. Down at the beach First Flight will play it's arch rival Manteo at on Roanoke Island and Cape Hatteras will play at Columbia. It appears Tropical Storm Hanna will track east of Colonial Heights and west of Kill Devil Hills, with that track KDH will have it worst than CH, mom and dad say they are going to ride it out. All the Nascar fans who are in town for this weekends races the Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series hope they will be able to get both races in on schedule. They do have Sunday to fall back on if they have to though. MICKEY
