COLONIALS FALL TO ARMSTRONG

The Colonial Heights Colonials came up a bit short last night falling to Armstrong 21-12, the Colonials played well at times but turnovers and penalties in the end did them in. The Colonials will travel to Prince George next week to open up Central District play. Down in Georgia the Crawford County Eagles fell to the Manchester Bulldogs 21-0, I do understand that Scottie did recover a fumble in the game for the Eagles. Today in college football East Carolina will travel over to N.C. State to face the Wolfpack, I have to say there is now love lost between these two teams, they don't like each other at all. The Georgia Bulldogs will be in Arizona tonight to face Arizona State, this could be a tough game for the Bulldogs but I think they will pull it out in the end. Virginia is off today and that may be a good thing. I am go the CH fall ball baseball game this morning, we are facing Hopewell this morning at 10am. There was a pretty bad accident on I-95 this morning in the area of Al & Donna's house, from what news reports are saying a tractor trailer flipped over and burst into flames and several other vehicles where involved as well. So far they are saying that there are fatalities but there several people who are seriously injured. Maybe AL can give us an update of what he heard or saw, it does look like traffic is moving a liitle bit now at 7am. I did go down to Wal-Mart this morning and yes the did have the donuts ready and they were very good this morning. MICKEY

The winners in life think constantly in terms of I can, I will, and I am. Losers, on the other hand, concentrate their waking thoughts on what they should have or would have done, or what they can't do. ~ Dennis Waitley

DID YOU KNOW THAT
That the eye of a human can distinguish 500 shades of gray.

Now is the time
It's time to get busy. It's time to make a difference, and just think of how great that will feel.

This day is a golden opportunity to bring your dreams to life. You're in a position to have a positive impact on your world.

Instead of complaining about what's wrong, build upon what is right. Instead of arguing over who is to blame, figure out what you can do to make things better.

There are ideas you've been meaning to pursue. Now is the time to get started on them.

There are projects you've been needing to finish. Now is your chance to bring those achievements to fruition.

Give the gift of your own smart, focused, enthusiastic action to the world today. There's immense value just waiting to be created, and now is the time to make it happen.
