DALLAS HAS TO MUCH FOR GREEN BAY, REDSKINS WIN

The Dallas Cowboys showed why they are the best team in the NFL last night in beating Green Bay in pretty much every aspect of the game. The final score was 27-16 and it could have been much worst, the Green Bay offense really struggled all night. The Redskins improved to 2-1 with a 24-17 over the Arizona Cardinals, I though the Skins played pretty well yesterday. Next week the Skins travel to Dallas to face the Cowboys. Greg Biffle won his 2nd race in as many weeks as he held of Matt Kenseth yesterday at Dover to pick up the win. Carl Edwards now leads the point standings by 10 points over Jimmie Johnson & Carl Edwards and Jeff Burton is in 4th place 82 points out. Next week they will be at the Kansas Speedway. I am still a bit sore this morning from throwing BP on Saturday morning so my PAIN index is still a bit up, I might not throw again until Thursday so my Pain index should start to go down after today unless something else starts to bother me. I have added a message forum just below the scroller at the top of the page if anybody wants to post something there and not on the blog. Have a nice day. MICKEY

Taking Action
Action may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action.

Breathe Deeper. Take deep, slow breaths from your belly. Stomach breathing activates the brain's Theta waves, which strengthen memory. Breathing deeply also increases the flow of oxygen to your brain cells.

How Carbohydrate Fuels Exercise
Carbohydrate stored as glycogen is an easily accessible source of energy for exercise. How long this energy supply lasts depends on the length and intensity of exercise and can range anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes or more. To avoid running out of energy during exercise, start with full glycogen stores, replenish them during exercise and refill them after exercise to be ready for the next workout.
