HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELANIE

Well today is fellow blogger Melanie's birthday and can you believe that she is the big 50 today, I didn't want to post that it was her 50th birthday but several unnamed members of the blog said that I should so I did. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELANIE. Well the State Fair of Virginia starts today at RIR Complex and right on cue it's going to rain, it seem every time the fair starts it always rains. Well I did go up and see the Colonial Heights JV football game last night and they did play better last night but still came out on the short end against Prince George. I am going to our 15 under fall ball baseball game tonight at Dinwiddie weather permitting, it's not looking to good for tonights game. There is a 100% chance of rain here today in Colonial Heights with winds 20-30 mph. I have posted a few more photos from yesterday in Kitty Hawk, as you can tell there has already been some pretty sever beach erosion. Mom & Dad had better keep there hats on down at the beach or they might lose them. MICKEY

What is Sinusitis?
Sinus infections, also called sinusitis, are defined as inflammation of one or more sinuses. Sinuses are hollow cavities within the bones of the face. The sinuses are lined by mucous membranes that normally produce fluid – this fluid usually drains into the nasal passages and is swallowed throughout the day. However, when the drainage sites for the sinuses are blocked, the sinuses cannot drain, and an infection may develop.

The actual infection of the sinuses is most frequently caused by a viral infection (such as the common cold), but can also be bacterial in nature (and therefore responds to antibiotics). Some sinus infections are due to fungus and mold in the sinuses.
