SUNDAY WAS A TOTAL WASH OUT

Well I hope nobody wanted to to do anything outside here in Colonial Heights yesterday because it rained pretty much all day. I was going to watch the race but it rained in Dover all day as well and they will race today at noon, so I watched some pro and college baseball all afternoon. The Virgina Cavaliers were also rained out yesterday and they will play the winner of the Oregon St and Rutgers game tonight at 6pm, if the Cavs win the will win the regional but if they lose they will have to play one more game Tuesday. The VCU Rams were eliminated by St. Johns 5-4 and East Carolina was eliminated as well by Western Carolina 9-5. The Stanley Cup Playoffs resume tonight with game 4 of the series with the Ducks leading 2-1. It looks like fellow blogger Mark should be in his new house at any time now, I hope he wasn't moving anything yesterday. Don't forget that Colonial Heights High School will have it's spring sports awards dinner tomorrow night, I think the festivities start at 6:30pm. MICKEY

Humanity does not ask us to be happy. It merely asks us to be brilliant on its behalf.
