Sentence to life in prision.

I don't know if this true or not, but I've been told Nocturnal animals seen in the daytime might rabid.

if a nocturnal animal is venturing out in the daytime he could be confused by rabies...

one time i went with glenn to check his trap line. (trapping raccons) well he has one in the trap. i won't get into how the trap works but lets just say once he gets caught he SHOULD drown! he get the critter in the boat and we go check some more traps. i'm looking at this little fella and everyonce in a while i see him breathe!! glen says no thats just what they do after the die there body will make little moves and twitches! i ain't so sure of that so i keep watching him and he keeps doing it. we get back home with the raccon in the basket in the boat and glenn goes to grab the bucket and that thing let out a awefull yell and start going crazy in the boat running around and hissing!! fortunately he found his way out of the boat and went running away!

I am with Scott and Keith - maybe you should call the game warden - besides, that does not look loke a smile, it looks more like a snarl/hiss.
