APPOMATTOX LEAGUE BEGINS TONIGHT

The Colonial Heights entry in the Appomattox Baseball League begins play tonight at Prince George. This years team will also reunite Ricky Toombs as Assistant Coach with Coach Brian Holt and Assistant Coach Mickey Goulder who coached a Jr American Legion team together a few years ago. The team consists of 14-17 year olds who are Colonial Heights residents. In the CWS yesterday Rice knocked off UNC 14-4 and Louisville beat Mississippi State 12-4 which ended Mississippi States season. Today in a winners bracket game Arizona State will face Oregon State and in an elimination game Cal State Fullerton will face California Irvine. Carl Edwards won for the 1st time in 52 races yesterday at Michigan holding off Martin Truex Jr for the victory and yes he did his patented victory flip after the race. I haven't slept well the last 3 nights for some reason and my AIP now reflects that. Also fellow blogger Keith is in New Jersey for some government work. MICKEY

Time will explain it all. He is a talker, and needs no questioning before he speaks.
