VIRGINIA & VCU WIN

The Virginia Cavaliers picked up a 90-61 win over Longwood last night, it won't be to much longer before the Cavaliers start there ACC schedule so they will need to step up there play a bit.  The VCU Rams played another close game but still came away with another win beating Akron 73-69 at the Seigel Center, next up for the Rams is a big test on the road at Oklahoma.  The Colonial Heights boys basketball team lost at home to Dinwiddie last night 69-48, tonight the CH girls will travel over to Hopewell to face the Blue Devils.  Next week at this time it will be Christmas morning, I wonder how many of you fellow bloggers haven't finished your Christmas shopping yet.  My PAIN index remains about the same, nothing has happened so far this week to make it rise.  MICKEY

AN AMAZING FACT
Only one person in two billion will live to be 116 or older.

DID YOU KNOW
That snails can have up to 25,00 teeth and can sleep up to 3 years without eating.

Taking Action
Nothing will ever be attempted if all possible objections must first be overcome.

Connection
Conflict is not your nature. Peace is your true home.
When you choose to see yourself as apart from others, you separate yourself from your greatest possibilities. Feel the connection with all that is, and naturally know the peaceful power and effectiveness that is yours.

Improve the lives of others, and your own life benefits greatly. The more joy you give away, the more joy you experience.

You can never truly gain at another person's expense. Yet you always receive when you work to sincerely give.

Live each day with awareness and respect for your ever-present connection with everything that is. Work to enrich every little corner of your world, and you will experience the abundance of that richness.

Let the peace that lives deep within you influence each thought and deed. And make the whole world a more beautiful place.

If the Rams don't start getting things together we aren't going to do to hot in conference play. Also when Eric Maynor leaves we are going to be horrible.
