RENEGADES & COLONIALS IN ACTION TONIGHT

The Richmond Renegades look to continue there winning ways tonight against Columbus Cottonmouths, the Gades will also face the Cottonmouths again on Saturday as well.  The Colonial Heights boys & girls basketball teams will be in action tonight with the boys playing in the Trinity Tournament and the girls team will face Atlee in a tournament being held at Midlothian.  Speaking of the CH girls team I have posted a link below to the photos Al took at Tuesday nights game.  The VCU Rams picked up a much needed win last night knocking off Western Michigan 79-62, I understand the Rowdy Rams were very Rowdy last night.  Well I started wrapping Christmas presents last night, I still have a few things that haven't came in yet but I got most my others wrapped up last night as well of some of dads gifts as well.  By the way for all you procrastinators out there Christmas is just 19 days away.  It's going to be pretty cool the next four days so you might want to bundle up.  MICKEY

Today is Bathtub Party Day

DID YOU KNOW
Cranberry Jell-0 is the only kind that contains real fruit.

Food cravings are a part of life, but they can be especially daunting during the holidays. You seem to smell or see tempting food nearly everywhere you go. If you can't avoid food cravings, the best way to fight back is to be prepared with a plan for an alternative activity to eating.

Your thoughts show
Thoughts can feel like they are private and hidden deep inside of you. Yet they have an influence that extends far beyond you.
What if others could know what you were thinking? Would it change the content of your thoughts?

In many ways, other people can and do know what you are thinking. Because your thoughts are faithfully expressed by the life you lead.

If you're constantly thinking negative, limiting thoughts, people will be able to tell just by looking at you and your life's conditions. In the same way, when you fill your mind with positive, empowering thoughts, that will be wonderfully obvious.

You might be able to hide the specific details of your thoughts. Yet you cannot hide the true nature of those thoughts.

Your thoughts, whatever they may be, are expressed in every aspect of your life. Continually guide those thoughts to positive places, and your whole world will follow.
