REDSKINS,PACKERS & RENEGADES ALL LOSE

The Washington Redskins lost to the Cincinnati Bengals yesterday 20-13, the Skins offense has been missing for several weeks now.  It just looks like some of the players are just on different pages.  The Green Bay Packers didn't look any better this losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars 20-16, the once promising Packer season has really gone down the drain.  It's to bad the Packers and the Redskins don't play each other because somebody would have to win.  The Richmond Renegades lost there 2nd game in a row last night falling to Columbus 4-2, in the last 2 games the Renegades have only lit the lamp 3 times and both games were losses.  The Colonial Heights boys basketball team will be back in action tonight in the Colonial Heights Invitational, the Colonials will face Maggie Walker Governors School.  In the other game tonight it will Amelia vs Armstrong with winners playing each other in the championship game Tuesday night.  My right shoulder is bothering me a bit this morning and yes I do think that is because I wrapped some more Christmas presents yesterday morning.  MICKEY

Peaches: They're pretty, but that's just skin-deep. Health experts warn that peach skins are doused in pesticides before they make it to grocery store to prevent blemishes. On average, a peach can contain as many as nine different pesticides, according to the USDA. This is one fruit you might want to buy organic (which may have blemishes, but won't have pesticides).
