RICHMOND SPIDERS TO PLAY FOR CHAMPIONSHIP TONIGHT, CH GIRLS WIN

The Richmond Spiders football team will play for the NCAA I-AA championship tonight against Montana, the game will be played in Chattanooga, Tennessee and can be seen on ESPN2. The CH girls basktaball team picked up there 2nd win in a row last night beating the Hopewell Blue Devils 67-33, both girls and boys basketball teams will now be off until after Christmas. Also today is the last day of school for two weeks for both students and teachers and they only have to go half a day today, sounds like they are working for the government. The Richmond Renegades will spend this weekend down in Columbus, Georgia facing the Cottonmouths tonight and tomorrow night. The Gades have only won two games on the road all year so it could be a long weekend. My PAIN index is on the rise a bit this morning because I did wrap a few more presents last night, my right shoulder is a bit sore. Have nice weekend and stay away from those malls this weekend because they are going to be crowded. MICKEY

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

DID YOU KNOW
Canada is an Indian word meaning "Big Village".

At times, you will not feel like exercising. If you're just feeling a little tired or low on energy, go ahead and try to complete your routine. The workout will likely boost your energy level and your mood.

Every time something good happens to you, make something good happen to someone else.

Running can also be used as a way to contribute to society as a whole. Many races benefit charities, and some charities offer race training in exchange for fund-raising. Running for something that's bigger than you is a great way to stay motivated to keep training and can make your races even more meaningful and fulfilling.
