SOME GOOD OLD FASHION HOCKEY

Well we had some Good Old Fashion Hockey last night at the Richmond Coliseum for the 1st time this year, there were 4 fights in the 1st 12 seconds of the game. I have never seen anything like that to start a game and they were all some pretty good pugilistic endeavors. The Gades picked up there 2nd win in as many nights beating Knoxville 5-4 in a shootout, the Gades will face Knoxville again this afternoon. In the NFL playoffs yesterday the Cardinals beat the Falcons and the Chargers beat the Colts, today Philadelphia will be at Minnesota and Baltimore will be at Miami. In college basketball action yesterday both VCU an Virginia lost, the Rams lost to Delaware 81-79 while Virginia got pounded 84-70 by Xavier. Fellow bloggers Keith & Andrew were in attendance. I picked up a baseball for the 1st time in about 2 months yesterday and threw some with dad, so far my arm doesn't fell to bad this morning but I got a feeling it may become sore later today. I might throw some more later today as well, I need to get my arm back in shape before baseball practice starts next month. MICKEY

RENEGADES STORY WITH SLIDE SHOW

Get up each morning, look at yourself in the mirror, and see yourself not as someone who is overweight or out of shape, but as the someone you will become.
Dr. Phil

To stay asleep, avoid naps. Napping during the day leaves you less sleepy at night. If you are a regular napper, consider stopping for a week to see whether your nighttime sleep improves. By staying awake all day, you will be more tired and sleep better at night.

Enthusiasm is the baking powder of life. Without it, you're flat. With it, you rise.

Feel the joy
Can you feel the joy in life today? It is wherever you choose to let it be.
Do you see the joy in each new person you meet? Look for the joy that others may be hiding, and make it your job to bring it out in the open.

There is joy to be found in every direction and in each new situation. For no matter how life may unfold, it is always a privilege to experience and explore.

Expect to find joy, and you will indeed find it. Choose to feel the joy, and you will know it.

There's no need to spend time searching for joy in one place or another. Joy exists anywhere and everywhere you allow it to be.

Make life rich and make life wonderful. Feel the joy, spread the joy and live the joy that is always yours to choose.
