RENEGADES WIN AGAIN, VIRGINIA AT VIRGINIA TECH

The Richmond Renegades picked up another win on the road last night at Twin City beating the Cyclones 4-3. The Renegades will return home tonight to face the Columbus Cottonmouths. The Virginia Cavalier basketball returns to ACC play today when it travels to Blacksburg to face Virginia Tech, for some reason I think the Cavs are going to win today. The Colonial Heights Colonials fell to Meadowbrook last night 78-65, the Colonials played well at times but Meadowbrook at to much depth for the Colonials. The VCU Rams will be at home this afternoon against Hostfra. The NFL playoffs also resume today with Baltimore traveling to Tennessee in the AFC and Arizona traveling to Carolina in the NFC. I threw some more with dad yesterday afternoon and I have to say my arm is starting to feel pretty good, I might be able to throw 200-300 pitches a day pretty soon. MICKEY

Honey is the only food that does not spoil. Honey found in the tombs of Egyptian pharaohs has been tasted by archaeologists and found edible.

Those who tell you it can't be done have always been around, but throughout history progress has always come from those who said it could be done.

Apples
Who needs exotic tropical fruits? This old standby is bursting with anti-inflammatory, cancer-fighting phytonutrients, as well as the antioxidant quercetin, says Perricone. Apples also pack a big dose of fiber, which can help you slim down by filling you up.

My arm feels good also. I may be able to throw 15 or 20 pitches before long.
