RENEGADES LOSE, BACK TO SCHOOL

One day after the Richmond Renegades beat the Knoxville Icebears 5-4 in a shootout the Renegades cam about as flat as they could have yesterday at the Richmond Coliseum. The Renegades were outskated, outhit and outplayed in every aspect of the game in losing to Knoxville 7-4, the Gades are now off until Thursday when Fayetteville comes to town. In the NFL playoffs yesterday the Eagles & the Ravens won yesterday. Tonight the VCU Rams basketball team will try to get back on track tonight when UNC Wilmington visits the Seigel Center, the Rams fell at Delaware on Saturday night. Well after two weeks off it is time to back to school, all students and teachers are to report back to school this morning. It looks like it is going to be a very wet week weather wise here in CH with drizzle all day today and rain on both Tuesday & Wednesday with highs in the upper 40's to low 50's. I forgot to mention it earlier but in last nights game there was a goal scored by Richmond in the 1st period period in which dad turned the red light on but the referee ruled that it didn't go in and didn't even consult with dad, however replays from CH 12 and the Gades video guy showed the puck did go in. Money can buy you a lot of nice things, but all the money in the world can't buy contentment.

Listen to music.
Although using headphones while running outside is not safe, listening to music on the treadmill can be a great way to combat boredom and run longer. Choose motivating songs and create a playlist for your workout -– it will help prevent you from continually checking the clock to see how much more you have to go.

the referee's need to have confidence in their goal judgee!

i agree al. that must be why they are in the SPHL and not the NHL!!!!!!

Two-bit, lower minor league referees should always trust Bobby.

Maybe he should learn to skate and get out there on the ice.

i concur! a good state employee would make that assumption!

wait let me rephrase that. that is a statement a good well-rounded graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University would make!

if the ref is not going to consult the goal judge, why do you have a goal judge? the mascot or the public address announcer could turn on the light.
