Since there is not allot going on today or for this weekend for that matter I thought I would post this photo of two fellow bloggers at a recent cookout. What is wrong with this photo? It is going to be hazy, hot, & humid today here in Colonial Heights so try to stay cool. My PAIN index remains elevated because I still have water trapped in my left ear and my arm is now hurting from throwing batting practice on Wednesday night. I am sure glad it is Friday, after being on vacation last week it sure has been a long week. MICKEY

Mark has the spatulla upside down. Also, google ear candling maybe that can clear up your ear.
