NEW AC TO GO IN ON THURSDAY

They will put our new AC in on Thursday here in Colonial Heights, I sure am glad they were able to give us temporary unit until the system arrived. If the AC was broke that long I don't know what I might have done because I wasn't sleeping good without any AC. In American Legion baseball action last night Post 284 fell to Post 361 11-8 eliminating them from the 11th district playoffs. Post 284 will now have a about 2 weeks off before the host the American Legion Mid Atlantic Regional when the play at 8pm on August 14. The 51st BIB tournament starts on Thursday night here in CH, the 2 CH teams will play of Friday & Saturday nights. It looks like it is going to be very hot for the rest of the week, there are going to be several days where the heat index will be over 100. Also there is a former blogger who has a birthday coming up tomorrow. MICKEY
