HAPPY ANNIVERSARY DONNA & AL

Well it was two years ago today that Donna & Al got married and it's hard to believe that it has already been two years since that day, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY. Well yesterday was another good beach day, I stayed on the beach for about 2 1/2 hours while the rest of the group stayed for about 4 hours. There weren't quite as many waves yesterday and the water was a bit warmer. I will be taking the day off from the beach today and going to Elizabeth City to eat lunch with Lamberson, I will return to the beach on Wednesday. We had spaghetti for supper last night and tonight we are going to have steak. We played right much Wii after supper last night and the emotions of the game got the best of a few people, there are some fierce competitors in the group who don't like to lose. I have posted a link below to some new beach photos that Al took yesterday. My ear is not any better, it is still very sore and I can't hear much out of it, but I still went to the beach yesterday which I probably shouldn't have. Well i have to go cut my hair & go for a run. Buy a pedometer. A pedometer keeps track of how many steps you take daily. Wear it every day, around home, work, and while exercising. Your National Body Challenge goal is to increase your steps by 10,000 or more daily!

Although you've probably seen energy drinks such as Red Bull being promoted at athletic events, or you've witnessed professional athletes drinking them, high-caffeine energy drinks don't go well with exercise. Drinking an energy drink before or during exercise is not the same as consuming a sports drink, like Gatorade. For starters, sports drinks usually don't contain caffeine. The caffeine in energy drinks will not only make you lose more fluids through urine, but it can also have a laxative effect.

Happy Anniversary Donna and AL.

Spaghetti and steak my two favorite meals, why wait for me to leave to have them. That's not right.

I saw Vince @ the ball fields last night.

Keith you needed to express what you want to eat while you were here rather than wimp out and wait for someone else to decide.
