A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP

I have to say there is nothing better than a good nights sleep after having three pretty miserable nights on the sofa. It appeared for a while yesterday afternoon that we might have a couple of more miserable nights without AC but the AC company was able to put a quick fix on it until a new AC unit can be installed. The were able to put an old unit they had in there office until a new one can be installed. Needless to say I was pretty happy that they were able to do that, it was 92 degrees upstairs before they installed it and this morning it was a cool 69. The AC getting fixed alone has made my PAIN index go down but I still have water in my ear. Hurricane Dolly a CAT 1 Hurricane is getting ready to hit the southeastern coast Texas this morning, it doesn't look like it will effect our area in anyway. There is also a pretty good chance that we might get some much needed rain again over the next few days with some afternoon thunderstorms, it is pretty dry around here. I have to say I like the new Pinball game mom got for the Wii, I finally got a good chance to play the game yesterday and yes I got my name on the high scores for several different tables. It was like I was back at The Footsball Palace in Nags Head back in the mid 80's to early 90's, I remembered several of the games on the CD from playing them there. However my neck is a little sore from playing the game. MICKEY
