VACATION JUST ABOUT OVER

Well my 2008 vacation is just about over and the weather the last few days sure hasn't been to beachy at all. It has rained here the last three days however today it does look like is going to be a nice day but it is going to be a bit on the cool side with high in the low 80's. A have posted a new slide show in the blog entry below, it is a new program I found so i though I would try it. Mom made BBQ last night for supper & I have to say it was very good, I had three BBQ's for supper and I think dad had 4 BBQ's. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will race at Chicago tonight, qualifying was rained out so they will line up by points. In the Nationwide race last night Kyle Busch won again, I do think that Toyota does have an advantage in both series right now. There is no way one team can dominate both series like Joe Gibbs Racing has done without there being some type of advantage. Well I have to go get ready to run, HAVE A NICE DAY. MICKEY

Take a vacation!!! Studies show that people who skip vacations and workaholics are 4 times more likely to develop diabetes. Do yourself a favor and take at least 2 vacations a year. You deserve it!

When exposed to bright light, the eyes water as a response to the light, which then causes the nose to run. Sneezing may occur as a result of the runny nose.
