It wasn't a good night for the Colonial Heights team in Appomattox League action last night as Thomas Dale swept a a doubleheader 8-0 & 6-1. We simply didn't hit the ball very well & made way to many mistakes in the field, against a team like TD you can't do that. The single elimination Appomattox League playoffs start next Monday night at site to be determined. My ear is till clogged up and now my sinuses are bothering me pretty bad as well, my eyes are itching and I just feel pretty tired. I forgot to mention yesterday that I set a new training record last week running 39.3 miles, I don't think that record will be broken anytime soon. My 1st day back at work wasn't to bad yesterday, since schools are out for the summer Monday's aren't to busy. MICKEY
