EAGLES WIN, COLONIALS FALL

The CH Colonials and had tough night on the football field last night falling to Brunswick 24-0, I don't know any details of he game because neither paper had a write up on it. Meanwhile in Georgia the Crawford CountyEagles pounded the Pelham Hornets 42-12, the Georgia AP wire has the score with Pelham winning. In other games here in VA Thomas Dale beat Manchester 9-7 and Matoaca beat L.C. Bird 27-13. Down at the beach Manteo pounded Roanoke 43-0 but there was no score posted from the Cape Hatteras game. I will not be making my 2006 college football debut until next Saturday at East Carolina. Today in college football Wyoming will be at Virginia and hopefully the Cavs can bounce back with a win, Va Tech is at UNC, ECU is at UAB, Georgia visits South Carolina, I have posted the odds for those games below along with a few others. Fellow blogger A.G. will be working the Liberty and Glenville State state game today in Lynchburg. Last night Kevin Harvick extended his points lead in the Busch Series winning the Emerson Radio 250, it looked like they were racing at Bristol with number of crashes they had. Denny Hamlin will be on the pole for tonight's all important Nextel Cup race, Kasey Kahne will be trying to work his way into the chase and knock someone else out of the chase for the the Nextel Cup. I guess I will be watching the race tonight and flipping back and forth between some of the college football games that will be on as well. MICKEY
