IT RAINED ALL NIGHT HERE AT THE BEACH AND I DIDN'T SLEEP WELL AT ALL

Well it pretty much rained all night here at the beach and since Midnight we have received 1.79 inches of rain and it looks like we are going to pick up some more rain later today. For some reason on the weekends I can't sleep very well, I tossed and turned all night, all week I have been sleeping well all week but for some reason when the weekend gets here I cant. Brian Vickers edged Mark Martin the pole at this weeks Nascar race at Michigan, Dale Jr. will start 15th and i am wondering what kind of problem that he is going to have this week. Scott how did Scottie's scrimmage go last night? I went down Dunkin Donuts this morning and got some donuts in a pouring down rain, I have to say it was well worth it. MICKEY

Beyond what is comfortable
Progress is made by doing what you have not done before. To truly grow stronger, you must step beyond what is comfortable and familiar.

Just outside your door is a whole wonderful world of new possibilities. And with those new possibilities come new and difficult challenges.

Go ahead, and have the courage to open that door and to step outside your comfort zone. For though the challenges are many, the rewards are more valuable than you can imagine.

You are designed and equipped and intended for great things. You are flexible and adaptable and creative and intelligent enough to successfully handle whatever you encounter.

Beyond the comfort of what you already know, you'll find the wonder and magnificence of all you can become. Go explore and fulfill the very best possibilities.

they lost 21-7. they kept it close until late in the fourth but they just don't have the depth of those larger AAA schools. we are the smallest AA school in the district.
