HAMLIN WINS AT POCONO

Denny Hamlin ended a 50 race winless streak yesterday at Pocono holding off Juan Pablo Montoya for the win. I was able to see the end off the race after work. Tony Stewart continues to lead the point standings by 197 over Jimmie Johnson and 199 over Jeff Gordon. Andrews Little League team will be back in action tonight at Ironbridge Park, they won Sundays game 13-3, Dad says the game is a t 6pm but that has not been confirmed. Yesterday at work I stayed in the warehouse all day which makes for a very long day, hopefully today I will be back on a truck going somewhere. I have posted a link below to all the photos Al took on his visit to Camden Yards Sunday. MICKEY

Enjoy the Little Things: Instead of concentrating on your exercise objectives, focus on the little things that make fitness worthwhile. Maybe it's the way you feel after you've finished a workout, the extra three minutes you stayed on the treadmill, or the fact that your favorite suit fits better.

Create opportunity
Opportunity is greatest when it seems to be gone. In times of difficulty, there is much room for achievement.

This is a time to create great value. This is a moment ripe with new opportunities for moving ahead.

Just when you feel you have no more to give, that's when you can rise to a whole new level of effectiveness. When previously reliable actions bring disappointing results, outstanding new possibilities are already taking shape.

When all hope is gone, new hope asserts itself more strongly than ever. Along with every obstacle comes the energy to transcend that obstacle.

Your very nature is to create new value. Out of difficulty and challenge, you can create achievement and prosperity.

When there appears to be no opportunity, that in itself is a great opportunity. It's a great opportunity for you to create an opportunity of your own.
