STEELERS WIN SUPER BOWL,HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY

The Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Arizona Cardinals 27-23 in the Super Bowl last night in Tampa. I have to say it was very entertaining game but I think may have been a little to close for most Pittsburgh fans. The Steelers dominated the 1st 3 quarters of the game only to let Arizona take the lead briefly in the 4th before the Steelers were able to score with 35 seconds left in the game to come away with there 6th Super Bowl win. The Virginia Cavaliers didn't fair as well yesterday against Duke falling to the Blue Devils 79-54, the Cavs were never in this one. Well today groundhog day and he sure will see his shadow here in Colonial Heights, however the official groundhog is Puxatony Phil and it doesn't look like he is going to see his shadow. My PAIN index is up this morning along with mom & dad's as well because Brady & Leeza decided they didn't sleep last night, I think everybody here is going to wake up tired this morning. MICKEY

When you argue with your inferiors, you convince them of only one thing: they are as clever as you.

DID YOU KNOW
The outdoor temperature can be estimated to within several degrees by timing the chirps of a cricket. It is done this way: count the number of chirps in a 15-second period, and add 37 to the total. The result will be very close to the actual Fahrenheit temperature. This formula, however, only works in warm weather.

Only one third of Americans eat three meals per day.

A little progress
Right now in this very moment you can make a little bit of progress. There's something productive and useful you can do to improve your world and your life.
It may not seem like much, and yet it can make a big difference. Because even a little progress is progress in a positive direction, and it's infinitely better than doing nothing.

You can waste this moment or you can use it. There's a world of difference between those two simple choices.

Though you may not immediately achieve anything stunning or momentous, still you can achieve right here and right now. And once you've achieved, it will feel so good you'll jump right in and achieve again.

This is your day and this is your life. It's happening right now, and you can do something wonderful with it.

Give the value of your effort to this moment, and you'll receive much more value in return. Here is your chance to make a little progress, so do it.
