MY ARM IS A BIT SORE AGAIN

Well after four days off my arm is a bit sore again, I probably threw between 350 and 400 yesterday but I should be able to throw again today but my PAIN index has gone up a bit. The mild weather also helps my arm out quite a bit and it looks like is is going to be in the mid to upper 60's for the rest of the week which is very good for the old arm. Opening day is tomorrow against Sussex. The Virginia baseball team won yesterday beating Radford 8-2 the Cavs will face Navy today before going to Duke for a weekend series. I have posted a link below to some soccer photos AL took on Monday of the Colonials girls scrimmage against Cosby. The ACC basketball tournament starts tomorrow as well with Virginia facing Georgia Tech at 7pm on ESPN2. Enjoy todays nice weather. MICKEY

HEALTH TIP: Address addictions
Feeling compelled to eat, drink or otherwise avoid life limits your power of choice. If you feel you cannot stop certain behaviors that are detrimental to your health and well-being, it may be an addiction. Addictions include food, alcohol, drugs, excuse-making, emotional drama, procrastination, TV, inactivity... anything that impacts your health in a negative way.

Treasure in the challenge
The difficulty of the journey gives meaning and value to the destination. The more effort you put into achievement, the more that achievement is worth.

The problems and challenges are not there to stop you. Their purpose is to bring your commitment to the surface where it can come wholly and powerfully to life.

The tasks that are the most difficult are the ones that make the greatest positive difference. Situations with the most formidable problems are where you find the biggest opportunities.

See the problems for what they are. They provide a clear, compelling path to strength of purpose, creativity, effectiveness, commitment and achievement.

Working your way purposefully and persistently through the challenges will create great and lasting value in your world. With each difficulty you grow stronger and more capable.

See the opportunities that the challenges provide. And make their considerable, substantial value your own.
