DON'T FORGET TO SET YOUR CLOCKS FOWARD TONIGHT, RENEGADES WIN LATE

Don't forget to set your clocks forward tonight before you go to bed tonight or you will be an hour behind tomorrow, I am sure somebody who visits Mickey's Place will forget to do this. The Richmond Renegades came back from 2-0 deficit to take the lead in the 3rd period 3-2 only to have Jacksonville tie the game at 3-3 with 29 seconds left on of all things a penalty shot but the Gades scored a goal with 3 seconds left in the game to pull out a 4-3 win, the Gades will play Jacksonville again tonight. The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball scrimmage scheduled for today has been postponed until Monday at 5pm at Henrico if the field isn't wet. The Virginia Cavaliers and NC State college baseball game was washed out yesterday and they will play two today starting at noon if hat has stopped raining. The VCU Rams will play Towson today in the CAA basketball tournament at noon at the Richmond Coliseum. Jeff Gordon edged out his teammate Dale Earnhardt Jr to capture the pole for this weekends Nascar race in Atlanta. There are allot of fellow blogger who will be having birthdays the next few days, stay tuned to see whose having a birthday. MICKEY

HEALTH TIPS
Mind your fats.
Not all fats impede weight loss. Good fats such as olive oil and omega-3 oils from fish like salmon and tuna give your body a positive boost in many ways. Avoid solid fats such as butter, lard and shortening. Another fat to avoid: anything used in a fast food restaurant where oils in deep fryers are often used way beyond any nutritional value.
