SOFTBALL PLAYOFFS BEGIN TONIGHT

The Appomattox Insurance softball team will be in action tonight at 7:15pm in there first game of the playoffs, we will be playing the winner of the first game of the night between Attention To Detail and The Hon Company. It is going to be a bit cold for softball tonight with temps being in the mid to upper 40's at gametime, the playoffs are double elimination. We will be a bit shorthanded as some of our college players have a classes tonight, win or lose I am sure that we will play again either Wednesday or Thursday night. The World Series continues tonight in St Louis, the series is tied at 1 game a piece. There was another pretty bad wreck last night on I-95 behind the house, a car it a highway sign and it looked like there were two people injured, they med flighted one out from the accident scene. The accident scene was the same location where the Big Lots truck wrecked a few months back and took out the same highway sign, the road is as straight as it can behind the house. Also on wednesday we have another birthday, stay tuned to see whose birthday it is. MICKEY
