THE NHL OPENS IT'S SEASON TONIGHT

The National Hockey League opens it's season tonight and there are three games on the slate for opening night. The two teams that I follow the most the Rangers and Capitals have there opener Wednesday when the play each other, the Rangers are my #1 team followed by the Caps. In MLB yesterday the Cardinals, A's and Yankees all one game 1 in there series, the Dodgers and the Mets have there first game today. The Appomattox Insurance softball team will be back in action tonight at 6:30pm when it plays Roslyn Farm Corporation, tonight opponent is just one game behind us for 1st place in the league. AF might be a little short handed in the 1st game tonight and might have to bring Toombs out of retirement to play tonight, stay tuned for updates on this situation. I have posted an old slide of me and Al and it looks like it might have been taken at Colonial Willamsburg. MICKEY

I thought the same thing - Lee's hair is now cut short - so he doesn't look like a product of the seventies/eighties.
