APPOMATTOX INSURANCE WINS 2 MORE

The Appomattox Insurance softball team picked up two more victories last night over the Roslyn Farms Corporation. The first games last night was a forfeit victory for AI as the Roslyn Farm team didn't have enough players. In the second game AI defeated the Roslyn Farms team 11-1, Ricky Toombs made is season debut last and the first time doubled down the left field line. I am happy to report that there were no injuries last night. In MLB the A's have taken a 2-0 lead over the Twins in there series and Mets defeated the Dodgers and now lead that series 1-0. The Yankees and the Tigers were washed out and the Cardinals and the Padres resume there series today with Cards leading it 1-0. There is a pretty big college football game in the ACC tonight when Florida St travels to Raleigh to play the NC State Wolfpack, I like FSU in this one. The weather here in CH is getting ready to make a major change around here on Friday and Saturday, on Friday it's going to be windy and rainy and the temp is going to be in the upper 50's and on Saturday is going to be windy with high's in the lower 60's and chance of rain also. The end result of kindness is that it draws people to you.
